Arrival and departure
Check in from 16h - Check out until 11h
Booking and payment conditions
A copy of ID or passport must be provided by e-mail or at the latest at check-in.
50 % of accommodation fare at booking.
50 % at 30 days before your stay.
No guarantee required if you rent one suite.
For the entire villa we request a guarantee deposit of 3000 ZAR or 250 EUR (cash, bank transfer or credit card).
Cleaning
Cleaning is included in the price.
Occupancy
Only booked guests are allowed on the property.
Respect of neighbourhood or other guests
Parties are not allowed.
Quietness is required from 11 PM until 6 AM by respect of neighbours or other guests.
Pool and jacuzzi are closed between 22.00 and 6.00.
Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
Fair use of water
We count on our guests to contribute to the efforts for saving water due to water restrictions required by the City of Cape Town.
